Casa Colombia is a scratch kitchen. That's not a marketing line — it's a daily commitment. Our hogao starts as whole tomatoes and onions, our chimichurri is pounded by hand, our beans simmer overnight, and our arepas are pressed fresh through service.
We believe the food we serve our guests should be the food we'd serve our families — because, often, it is.

We've been a part of the East 7th corridor for years — long enough to watch the neighborhood change, and long enough to feel like one of its constants. Our regulars come for the bandeja paisa, for the classic cocktails, for our patio that welcomes dogs as easily as guests.
